originally modeled the lizard in clay and cast him in resin. This is a 3D scan very kindly done by Sean Varney of CyberScan , London

These are examples of muscle system I was using developed by Julian Hodgson at Framestore-CFC. Unfortunately I had to leave the project due to work commitments for some time. When I finally returned to the project the muscle system was out of date and Julian had left for the west coast. The muscle system allowed for a shrink wrap type application of skin over the underline muscles. The wrapped skin was then deformed by the muscles. It worked brilliantly and required very little weighting. It also meant that the geometry to be wrapped over the muscles system could be a simple as a poly cylinder....very easy for UVing
